Rebekah (Becka) Elizabeth Russell's Obituary
Rebekah (Becka) Elizabeth Russell, 33, of Tampa, Florida died unexpectedly August 1, 2018 in Tampa. Becka grew up in Gainesville, Florida. She attended Buchholz High School, Santa Fe College, and graduated with honors from the University of Florida.
Rebekah was currently serving as Director of Business Development and Customer Service for the Tampa based Energy Company, Integral Energy. Rebekah began her career with Integral Energy in 2015 as a Relationship Director for Florida and quickly proved herself as a key component of the team. She led the Business Development team in sales for 3 consecutive years and was rewarded for her accomplishments in April of 2018; being named the Director over the entire group. Her key accounts and relationships included Hillsborough Area Regional Transit, the Food Restaurant Partners Group (FRPG) and Taco Bus Restaurants while also supervising contracted sales personnel.
Prior to joining Integral Energy, Rebekah served as the Vice President of Business Development for Octane One, where she gained knowledge and experience in commercial & residential construction, petroleum construction and compressed natural gas station construction. While at Octane One her duties included project management and client relationships.
Rebekah accompanied her parents on several missions trips in Russia, Europe, and South East Asia. She had a positive impact on many lives. She was a loving, caring, generous person who will be greatly missed.
Rebekah is survived by her parents, Henry (Rusty) and Mildred Russell, her brother Jaeson Russell, and her niece Abigail Russell all of Gainesville, Florida, and by a large and loving extended family and many loving friends.
A Memorial Service will be held Friday, August 10, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at The Greenhouse Church, 11200 NW 39th Ave. Gainesville with Rev. Mike Patz officiating.
