Ralph Luther Stream's Obituary
Ralph Luther Stream, 83, of Micanopy, Florida passed away on March 3, 2026. He was born on March 14, 1943 in Frederick, Maryland to the late Ralph William and Florence Stream.
Ralph graduated in 1961 from Gaithersburg high school in Maryland. Ralph and Jean (Evelyn) were married on January 25, 1962 and their only son, Michael Alan was born January 7, 1963. Ralph and Jean built their first home in Monrovia, Md where Ralph started his own successful business, Custom Design Woodworks. In 1994 Ralph and Jean moved to Florida where Ralph worked for 15 years for Busby Cabinets and retired in 2009.
Ralph and Jean have always been active members of a local church; Bush Creek Church of the Brethren, in Maryland, the Disciples of Christ and Community Presbyterian – PCA in Fl. He served and trusted his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Ralph was an avid gardener, a Master Rosarian and Consulting Rosarian for the American Rose Society. He had a passion and love for the rose and was proud of the many Awards he received for his roses. He faithfully served several Rose Societies in Maryland and Florida.
Ralph is survived by his wife “Jean” of 64 years, son Michael, brothers Nelson and Paul, sisters, Linda, Jane, Shirley and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents and brother John.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, June 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Community Presbyterian Church, 20098 N US HWY 441, McIntosh, FL.
