Dear friend and mentor Uncle Ralph is greatly missed.
A wonderful man that I have had the pleasure to be friends with many years
and couldn't possibly say enough what a great person Ralph Cellon is to me and many other people. His smile and sparkling eyes warmed your heart.

When Ralph was on the County Commission, I was on the City Commission. He was always my "go to guy" because I knew that he would be kind, knowledgeable, and willing to work on any project that would make our community better. Jerry, thanks for sharing him with all of us! He will be missed.

Ralph was one amazing man. We always enjoyed hearing about his adventures and will cherish those times. As Ralph would say, "It ain't bragging if you did it." Boy oh boy, did he do it! Our thoughts and prayers are with Jerry and their entire family. ~Jim & Liana
