I knew Prentiss from the American Legion, where I was the Chaplain and Commander. He was a fine American, He was devoted to his wife Leonie. I have this picture in my mind and heart of Prentiss and Leonie strolling along a corner of Heaven. Rest in Honored Peace, Thank you for your service to God and Country.
Cousin Pat and I grew up as brother and sister; being the siblings of his father, Theodore Cooper, and his father’s sister, Gloria (Maude) Cooper-Gaiter. He was such a kind person. I will miss receiving “Happy Birthday” and “How Are You Doing” calls. REST IN PEACE,” Cuz! Launita Gaiter

I first met Prentice when he worked at the training bureau and I was a trainee assigned there. We hit it off and became friends. Our paths crossed again when he was transferred to the Aiport District. Our friendship blossomed more and I was able to meet and attend his wedding to Leonie. He retired and moved away. We kept up for years, but lost touch recently. He and Leonie are together again with no pain or illnesses. May he rest in peace. Kim and Tiffany your dad was always talking about you and very proud.
