Philip R. Stubblefield's Obituary
Philip R. Stubblefield, loving husband and father, passed away on January 16, 2016. He was born June 10, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York to Richard and Maria Stubblefield. Philip loved riding his Harley, deep sea fishing and traveling. He retired from many years in the construction equipment industry in 2008. He was married to his loving wife for 49 years.
He is survived by his wife, Caroline Stubblefield; daughter, Maria Oxendine; grandchildren, Kayla and Logan; brother, Richard Stubblefield, and many nieces and nephews.
Philip was a friend to all. He had a tremendous sense of humor and a heart of gold. He will be truly missed.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA, 823 NW 143rd St, Newberry, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations in Philip's name may be made to ET York Haven Hospice, 4200 NW 90th Blvd, Gainesville FL 32606.
