Paul Julich Jr.'s Obituary
Paul Julich, Jr., age 85, of Gainesville passed away Monday, November 13, 2017 at Shands at the University of Florida. He was born May 20, 1932 in Bronx, New York to Paul and Johanna Gall Julich, Sr. He retired from U.S.M.C. in 1970 as a Capt., he fought in Korea and served two tours in Vietnam. Paul taught at Hernando High School from 1974 to 1987, teaching about small gasoline engines. He loved fishing, and sponsored Bass Tournaments for his students. He was a Born Again Christian with much faith in Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Nora Turner Julich; son, Paul Julich, III, and granddaughter, Emerald Reed (Jeffery).
Burial will be held at a later date in Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorials to the Hernando County Humane Society, 7224 Mobley Rd, Brooksville, FL 34601.
