Mrs. Patty Lynn Collins' Obituary
Patty Lynn Collins, 57, resident of Jacksonville, Florida, died Sunday, November 17, 2013.
Mrs. Collins was born on July 12, 1956 in Gainesville, Florida, daughter of the late Lenzy Allen Fogarty, and lived in Jacksonville for most of her life. Patty enjoyed music, reading and travelling. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Alan Collins,; daughter, Jennifer D. Graham; son, Ronnie Hill, all of Jacksonville; mother, Frances Jones, of Gainesville; grandchildren, Chasity Rouse, James Graham, Jenna Hill, Ronni Lynn and Little Ronnie; brothers, Larry Fogarty, Ricky Fogarty, Randall Dees, Coy Fogarty, Glen Fogarty, and Bobby Dees; sisters, Linda Lazzari and Alice Lloyd.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 from 10 to 12 P. M., at the Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Downtown, 404 North Main Street, Gainesville. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations should be made to NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 3803 N. Fairfax Drive, Arlington, VA 22203.
