Norma Virginia Guy Lawton's Obituary
Norma Virginia Guy Lawton, 73, met Jesus face to face on Saturday, April 7th, 2018. Although she was beset by Alzheimer’s, the Lord was faithful to her throughout her life and she died peacefully in her daughter’s home with family by her side.
Norma was born in Letohatchee, AL on December 17th, 1944 to Norman Gunter Guy and Mary Virginia Edmonson Guy. She attended Pintlala Elementary, Sidney Lanier High School, and Auburn University. She dearly loved her children and grandchildren and communicated her love for Jesus to everyone she met.
Survivors include: two sons, Adam (Jenny) Hutchins, of Athens, AL and Marc (Suzannah) Hutchins, of San Diego, CA; two daughters, Mary (Ashley) Jones, of Boca Raton, FL, and Abbi (Ken) Humphlett of Gainesville, FL; thirty grandchildren, Michaela, Maria, Miranda, Michael, John, Elisabeth, Eliane, Emma, Esther, Joshua, Julianna, Rachael, Jonah, Micah, Rebecka, Sarah, Annah, Talah, Hannah, Indiana, Kaley, Kelli, Alanna, Addison, Samantha, David, Brennan, Luke, Noah, and Ezra; one sister, Marsha Moses, of Auburn, AL; and one brother, Gunter Guy, of Letohatchee, AL.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 6th at Hickory Grove Cemetery near Letochatchee, AL.
