Mr. Kenneth Martin "Marty" Rayburn's Obituary
Mr. Kenneth Martin “Marty” Rayburn, 62, lifelong resident of Gainesville, Florida, died Monday, February 5, 2024, at the E. T. York Haven Hospice Care Center, Gainesville, following a long illness.
Mr. Rayburn was born on February 8, 1961, in Gainesville, Florida to the late Jerome T. Sr., and Lois Mae Rayburn. He was a graduate of Eastside High School and had attended Lake Forest Baptist Church. Marty worked for many years for Baird Hardware, and he loved woodworking and being outdoors.
He is survived by his brother, Tom (Brenda) Rayburn; nephews and niece, Scott Rayburn, Kaitlin Whitmore, and Zach Rayburn; great nieces and nephews, Evie, Emma, and Ryan.
There will be no formal services, the family will remember him privately.
