Mary F. Ransom's Obituary
Mary F. Ransom, age 70 of Newberry passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020. She was born February 6, 1950, in Hemingway, South Carolina to Wilkin and Mary Lee Thompson McCray.
She is survived by her children, Urania Ransom, Darnella Franky, Serina McCray, Sonya Lewis, Cindy Harris, Mary Hudson, Lamar Ransom, Lamont Ransom, Calvin Hudson, Levi Hudson, Jeremiah Hudson, Nehemiah Hudson; 23 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and brother, James L. McCray.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 3, 2020, from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m at Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Westarea, 823 NW 143rd St, Newberry, FL 32669. The funeral home will respect COVID-19 mandates to keep everyone safe. A private service will be held Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m.
