Marsha Arlene Kesser Hine's Obituary
Marsha A. Hine passed away peacefully on January 21, 2021. She was born on June 12, 1946, and grew up in Norfolk, Virginia. While there, Marcia met the person that she would share her life with, a US Navy musician, Judson S. Hine, Jr. Upon his discharge they moved to Gainesville, where they made a life together and had two beautiful sons. Marsha loved helping in the local elementary school, was an assistant Girl Scout leader for many years, and enjoyed shopping with her Red Hat ladies.
She is survived by her sons Jeremy (Nancy) of Jonesville, Michael of Gainesville, grandson, Jocoby of Jonesville, and her sister, Joyce Ann Burman of Baltimore. She was preceded in death by her husband, Judson S. Hine, Jr. and her parents, Jack Kesser and Miriam Stoler Kesser.
Graveside Services will be held Sunday, January 24, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at B’nai Israel Cemetery, Gainesville.
