Marjorie "Marge" Teston's Obituary
TESTON, Marjorie “Marge” age 84, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. She was born on July 19, 1939, in Providence, Florida, to the late Otis and Cary Frances Beasley Bielling.
Marjorie was one of eleven children. She graduated from Lake Butler High School.
She retired from Blue Cross and Blue Shield after 21 years of service. Marge loved to read, go to bluegrass shows, and watch them on TV. She enjoyed camping and loved her flowers. Marge was known as a very giving person.
She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Bobby Teston of Ft. White; sister, Frances Willis of Newberry; sister-in-law, Pauline Bielling of Providence; granddaughter, Teri Thomas Carter (Brandon) of Jacksonville; Kimberly Newbold (Bill) of Richmond Hill, GA.; step-grandchildren, Katie Niven, Eva Newbold, Will Newbold, and Michael Teston; step daughter-in-law, Sherree Teston; five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Teri McCloy, son Jack Craig Thomas, and stepson, Kerry Teston.
The family will receive friends on Monday, November 13, 2023, at 10:00 am at Union Baptist Church 6259 S.E. 75 Ave. Newberry. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 am in the church. The burial will follow at Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
I watched you suffer, I saw you die, but all I could do was sit close by. You went away, we had to part, God eased your pain, but broke my heart.
