Marian May Courtney's Obituary
Marian May Courtney, 80, passed away June 23, 2022 at her home in Gainesville surrounded by her family. Marian was born to Harold and Helen Loucks on March 6, 1942, in Centralia, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Jackson.
Marian is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Donald E. Courtney; son, Michael Courtney and his fiancé Angie Matthews; 2 brothers, David and Charles Loucks; 2 grandchildren, Seth (Carol) Courtney and Sarah Courtney; and her beloved dog, Frisky.
A Funeral service will be held Friday, July 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Williams-Thomas Funeral Home Downtown, 404 North Main St. a reception will follow the service. Interment will be in Forest Meadows East Cemetery. The family request casual dress for the service.
