Margaret Joy Tucker's Obituary
Margaret Joy Tucker, age 60 of Gainesville, Florida passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014 at E.T. York Hospice Care Center. She was born November 13, 1953 in Richmond, Virginia to Harry Blethen and Sara Tomkies Blethen.
Margaret loved her children and loved Disney World it was her happy place. Whomever she met, found her to be a special person.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce; three children, Christopher Scott Tucker, Philip Daniel Tucker and Jennifer Ellen Tucker; mother, Sara Blethen; three sisters, Harriett Romans, Kathy Stowasser and Christine Bias.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, September 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA, 823 NW 143rd Street. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Central 4100 NW 39th Avenue, Gainesville. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 18, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Florida Cancer Specialist and Research Institute, 1147 NW 64th Terrace, Gainesville, FL 32605.
