Margaret Marie Smith's Obituary
Margaret Marie Smith, 77, lifelong resident of Fairbanks, Florida, passed away at her home on Saturday, November 5, 2016, surrounded by loved ones.
Mrs. Smith enjoyed fishing, especially with her son Martin, cooking and spending time with her friends and family. She enjoyed caring for her dog, Baby, who she loved dearly.
She is preceded in death by her late husband James Smith.
Survivors include her longtime companion Joseph D. Palmer; sons, Carl Smith, Frank (Lisa) Smith, Ronnie (Kimberly) Smith and Martin (Anna) Smith; daughters, Brenda Smith and Viana Podlinsky, all of Gainesville, FL; sister, Nancy Harris of GA; 9 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
The family will receive friends Friday, November 11, 2016, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 404 North Main Street. Graveside services will follow at 1:00 p.m., in Sparkman Pond Cemetery in Fairbanks, with Bro. Eric Benson officiating.
