Margaret Alice Goldberg's Obituary
Margaret Alice Goldberg, 77, longtime resident of Gainesville, Florida died Tuesday, October 12, 2021, in the E. T. York Hospice Care Center, following a long illness.
Mrs. Goldberg was born in Queens, New York on November 20, 1943. She has lived in Florida for most of her life and moved to Gainesville in 1986. Mrs. Goldberg had been a longtime member of the Gainesville Red-Hatters.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. David Goldberg and by her longtime companion, Mr. Edward Gresh.
Survivors include her son, James (Debbie) Macallister; grandchildren, Ashley Macallister, Chris Edwards and Josh Edwards; great grandchildren, Skylar Edwards, Emma Edwards, Charles Edwards, and Sophie Edwards.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 2:00 P. M., in Memorial Park Central, 4100 NW 39th Avenue. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 5 to 7 P. M.
