Lorraine Reeves Wells' Obituary
Lorraine Reeves Wells, 92, of Live Oak, Florida passed away on July 12, 2023. She was born on October 21, 1930, in Medulla, Florida to LeRoy and Frances Elizabeth Lunsford Reeves and was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, James Edward Wells, her daughter, Nancy Wells Sutton, her son, Dale Edward Wells, grandson, Dan Sutton, along with her parents, and sister, Lyndal Reeves Phillips.
Lorraine was much loved and will be sorely missed for her love, wit and peanut butter sandwich making abilities. She is survived by her daughters, Gini Wells German (Bill), Brenda Wells Dyal (Dave), and Debra Wells;10 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren; her sister, Alyce DeJesus; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral service for Lorraine will be held graveside on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Dowling Park Church of God Cemetery, 23500 CR 250, Live Oak, Florida 32060, with Pastor Mike Carson as officiant.
