Linda C. Nalbandian's Obituary
Linda C. Nalbandian, devoted wife, mother, and Nana, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 11, 2024.
Linda was born in Winfield, Alabama on March 8, 1950, to I.J. and Eva Beasley, moving to Gainesville, Florida where she graduated from Gainesville High School in 1968.
Full of love, laughter, and resilience, she touched the lives of all who knew her. Known for her kindness and vibrant spirit, she embodied the best of qualities: unconditional love, strength of spirit, and an unending love for her family and friends and a true Florida Gator.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ropen Nalbandian. Daughters, Tara Buickel, Christine Worthmann (Erik) and stepdaughter, Zabel Thur de Koos (Paul). Grandchildren Hannah Misch, Abby Misch, Gabrielle Worthmann, Jax Worthmann, Paul Thur de Koos, Alexis Thur de Koos, and Peyton Dougherty. Brother, Gary Beasley and sisters Cindy Baumgardner, Laura Ware, Amanda Pratt. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Dana Hardy.
Celebration of life on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 2:00 P.M., at Williams-Thomas Westarea Chapel, 823 NW 143rd St. Newberry, Florida 32669, with entombment to follow at Forest Meadows Central Cemetery, 4100 NW 39th Avenue Gainesville, Florida 32606, with Dr. James Moore officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M., with family present.
