Linda Pearl Kitchens, age 79 of O’Brien Fl. passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, November 24, 2023
She was born December 26, 1943, to the late Kenneth Willard and Ida Pearl Lee of O’Brien, Fl.
She enjoyed gardening and singing gospel music. A ministry she and her husband shared for over 45 years traveling near and far. But she especially loved singing about Jesus in the community and in her church. She had the most beautiful smile. And she was loved by ALL who knew her.
She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Linton and Russell Lee and 1 sister, Jean McCarty.
She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, J.W. Kitchens. 1 son, Anthony Wayne Carlton (Margaret) of Tallahassee. 2 daughters, Charlene Patterson (Don) of Micanopy and Cindy Snider (Matt) of Gainesville. 9 grandchildren: Faith Wiliamson, Stephen Wilson, Cole and Maxwell Snider, Leslie Patterson, Nick, Tabitha, Ashley and Brad Carlton. And 12 Great Grandchildren.
2 brothers, Jessie and Wade Lee and 1 sister Erie Stutts.
A celebration of Linda’s life will be held, Saturday December 2nd @ 1pm at Pinemount Baptist Church 17031 U.S. 129 McAlpin, Fl. 32602
