Lillian Beth Bode Faga's Obituary
Lillian Beth Bode Faga, age 82 of Newberry, Florida, formerly of Concordville, Pennsylvania, passed away suddenly at home after a brief illness on Tuesday, September 8, 2015. “Beth” was born February 14, 1933 in Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania to Anna and George Bode. She was a Valentine’s baby and a real sweetheart.
Beth was devoted and loyal to her family. After raising her children, she went to nursing school to fulfill a lifelong dream. She cared for others at the bedside for several years.
Beth enjoyed following politics, golf, and tennis. She was a voracious reader of mystery novels.
“Mom” is survived by her loving children, Carole Ann and Lisa Catherine of Newberry, Ralph Thomas (Nancy) of Fanning Springs; brother, Billy Pullin of Runge, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She will be missed by dear friend Jim Arrington and sweet granddog Casey.
Beth was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Vincent Anthony, parents Anna and Nathan Thomas, and sister-in-law, Mary Esther Pullin.
Private services will be held. Entombment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park in Feasterville, Pennsylvania. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to The American Heart Association, 3324 W.
