Kutana V. Moore's Obituary
Our beloved Kutana V. Moore died peacefully after returning from a beautiful trip to the Bahamas with her fiancee’. Kutana’s kindness, laughter, and love touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Kutana fought a courageous battle with liver cancer for 16 years and took on each day with amazing grace and strength. She was a compassionate and loving sister, daughter, and friend. Kutana was known for her loving big heart, her heart was as big as her love for life. She made a lasting impact on everyone she met.
Kutana’s passion was Family. She loved her chosen kids and she loved her chosen families.
Kutana was preceded in death by her Father Tommie E. Moore Sr. and cousin Tommy White Jr
She is survived by her mother Idella Moore (Bill), Step-mother Augustina Moore, Brothers Tommie E Moore Jr. (Holley), Blain Moore (Marlo), Jose Moore. Sisters Otheta Moore-Richard, Maryann Washington (Deandre), Katherine Moore, Nieces, Nephews, Fiancée Diana Diaz. Her favorite Aunt Linda Carr and Uncle Ralph Carr, Chosen families; Catrina Edwards Pinckney, Michelle Townsend, Artavia Townsend, and Ashante Edwards. Tauheedah Lovelace, Teressa Hodge, Jamya Counts, Reginald Anderson, Kelvin Hodge, Keith Hodge. Hattie Fambro, Artis Fambro and family.
