June Waller Morris' Obituary
June Waller Morris, age 62, of Gainesville, Florida, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026. She was born on August 31, 1963, in St. Petersburg, Florida, to Claude Waller Jr. and Nellie Allbritton.
June was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who cherished her family above all else. She shared a loving marriage with her husband, Kyle Morris, and was the proud mother of Ronnie Williams, Erin Waller, Kyle Morris Jr., Duron Morris, Devion Morris, and Octavius Morris. Her legacy continues through her 15 grandchildren, whom she loved dearly and who brought her immense joy.
She is also survived by her sister, Janet Drum, and her brother, Jim Waller, along with many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.
June found great fulfillment in serving her community through her work with the Bread of the Mighty Food Bank. Her faith was a guiding light in her life, and she was devoted to serving her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She will be remembered for her kind heart, her giving spirit, and her unwavering love for others.
She also had a joyful spirit and a love for life’s simple pleasures. June was a true Disney fanatic who cherished her visits to Disney World, creating special memories with her family that will be treasured forever. Above all, she especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
June’s warmth, strength, and deep love for her family will be remembered by all who knew her.

A celebration of June’s life was held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor W. G. Mayberry officiating. Interment followed at Newnansville Cemetery in Alachua, Florida.
