I remember lots of people calling him Butch when I was young and got confused when I heard someone calling him Paul or Joseph or Joe, so I didn't know his correct first name until I was older. I baby sat his daughter Cheryl sometimes, when Butch had his pizza place on Chandler Street (French Hill) in Nashua NH I was asked if I would help out, I said yes, I was in a back brace at the time, He tried me out did okay taking orders over the phone but trying to waitress bringing food to the table didn't work out so well, due to having bad knees and customer almost wore the pizza. Butch gave me a big hug and said at least I tried but stated couldn't take a chance of me or customer getting hurt. So I just would visit with my parents and eat pizza. Butch and Annette had great pizzas at their locations in Nashua and Merrimack. Butch was a wonderful Blessed Cousin I will miss. Now the wonderful memories. My prayers are with Annette, Cheryl, Elizabeth, and Adam and all of the entire family members. Rest in Peace Joseph Bouvier, You've earned your Angel Wings and now you are whole again in God's Heavenly Home, Until We Meet Again. Amen
