Jonathan Earl Horsley III's Obituary
Jonathan “Jack” Earl Horsley III, age 75 of Gainesville, passed away June 16, 2014. Mr. Horsley was born December 18, 1938 in Miami to Jonathan and Louise Horsley II. He worked in law enforcement as a Wildlife Officer and in the insurance business. Jack enjoyed driving race cars, hydro plank racing and sky diving. He was a commercial and glider pilot. Jack also enjoyed competitive pistol shooting.
He leaves behind his wife of 50 years Jacqueline Chase Horsley; best friend, Bryan Thomas; sister, Bonney Louise Horsley Court (James); niece, Kristy Court Jenkins (Kenneth); grand-nephews, Hudson and Logan.
