Such a sweet boy. It was a pleasure knowing him for the short time that i did.

I remember the first time my son Richard and I met John at a Zumba library event. Richard loved him immediately and every Wednesday would ask to go hang out with John and his house. John melted my heart when I first met him, he always had a humbling calmness about him.. such a loving person whose presence in earth will definitely be missed.. he’s our guardian angel now and will love in our heart and mind forever.

Though those of us in Gainesville Bridge Club never had the pleasure of knowing John personally, we felt that we knew of him because of all your wonderful stories about him. You always had a tale to tell about one of his adventures or pursuits. He was bubbling in adventures even while confined to his bed. You spoke of him as your greatest gift and we all knew you meant every word.
We are sorry to hear of John’s passing and extend sympathy to all your family. May you find peace and solace in your memories.
