John Roland Brickhouse's Obituary
John Roland Brickhouse, age 83, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 17, 2025. He was born on September 5, 1941, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Clifford Walker and Lillian Irene Pittard Brickhouse.
John lived a full and vibrant life, filled with passion for the outdoors and a love for friendly competition. He enjoyed golf—proudly achieving two holes-in-one—along with duck hunting, horse racing, sports, playing cards, and bowling. He also graduated from Memphis State University.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy Cotner Brickhouse; his sons, Blake (Camie) of Dallas, Texas, and Brad of Chicago, Illinois; and his brother, Robert D. Brickhouse and his wife Melinda of Hot Springs, Arkansas.
John will be remembered for his warmth, sense of humor, and the joy he brought to those around him. His legacy lives on in the memories shared by family and friends.
