My first encounter with Mr Brasington was in the service dept waiting area. Mr Brasington walks in and greets everyone and then glances at the refreshment table. "The donuts! Where's the donuts?" He shuffled out and within minutes a staff member returned with a fresh supply of donuts. Clearly Mr Brasington believed that a customer deserved good service and an endless supply of circular treats. I agree with him. My condolences to the family
