John Francis Bonerba,'s Obituary
John Francis Bonerba, age 61 of Gainesville, Florida passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024. He was born February 3, 1963, in Auburn, New York to John G. and Margaret Rivers Bonerba.
John graduated from Tulane University with a Biomedical Engineering degree. He worked at Kindred Hospital and Lake City Medical Center. He was a respiratory therapist for 41 years.
John and Trudy found a hobby they both enjoyed. They raised and showed Netherland Dwarf Rabbits since 2020.
He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Trudy; daughter, Lauren Bonerba (Chaz Munn); stepsons, James Tillery and Joey Tillery; grandchildren, Dylan Tillery and Landon Tillery; sister, Anne DeJoseph (Frank); brother in law, John Sayles.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Theresa Sayles.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, December 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 106 SW 3rd St, Gainesville. A reception will follow.
