Jessica "Jessie" Lynn Wood's Obituary
Jessica “Jessie” Lynn Wood, age 25 of Newberry, passed away Friday, October 7, 2016. She was born June 28, 1991 in Tampa, Florida to David Emery Wood and Rhonda Joyce Rodgers.
Jessica had Cystic Fibrosis and was a fighter all her life. She was a very loving, caring and compassionate person and was an animal lover.
She is survived by her mother, Rhonda and husband Herbert Holton of Newberry; father, David Wood (Leola) of Gulf Hammock; sister, Angela Wood of New York; paternal grandmother, Lois Wood of Colorado and her beloved dog, Scrappy.
A celebration of life service will be held Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA, 823 NW 143rd Street with Pastor Alex Martinez officiating.
