Jesse W. Sullivan's Obituary
Jesse W. Sullivan, born October 15, 1919 in Brooker, FL, passed away on June 25, 2019 in Gainesville, FL just 4 months shy of 100 years old.
Mr. Sullivan lived most of his life in Alachua County and retired from the City of Gainesville, Streets Division. He loved his Florida Gators and Miami Dolphins.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Flora Merle Sullivan (Silas), and sons, Jesse, James, and Eddie.
He is survived by sons, Harry (Becky) Sullivan, Bobby Sullivan, Wayne (Sue) Sullivan, and David Sullivan; sister, Leona Sullivan, as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives, including his loving niece, Sheila Hollingsworth.
Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Meadows East Cemetery, 3700 SE Hawthorne Road, Gainesville, FL.
