Jeremy Alexander "Jerm" Provin's Obituary
Jeremy Alexander “Jerm” Provin, age 21 of Decatur, Georgia, passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018. He was born March 22, 1997 in Jacksonville, Florida. Jeremy never met a stranger, he was an adult in a child’s body. He loved meeting people and had the sweetest smile ever. He loved to read and was obsessed with muscle cars. He especially loved animals.
He is survived by his parents, Jerry and Scott Provin of Decatur, GA; mother, Karen Trimble of Jacksonville; sister, Elizabeth Provin; grandfather, Jerry Provin, Sr., both of Sigel, PA; aunt, Teresa Morgan of Jacksonville (Chris) and cousin, Rebecca Morgan; uncle, Chris Trimble, as well as many friends.
A Celebration of Jeremy’s Life will be held in Atlanta at a later date. Those who wish may make donations in Jeremy’s name to Pets Are Loving Support, www.palsatlanta.org.
