Jeremias Valencia Canlas Sr.'s Obituary
Jeremias Valencia Canlas Sr. went to be with the Lord on August 5th, 2022.
He was born in the Philippines on May 1, 1940 to Geronimo Canlas Sr. & Angela Canlas. He completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He was a devoted husband and father whose greatest joy was to be surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Erlinda Canlas, his four children, Julius Canlas, Jeremias Canlas Jr., Joel Canlas, Stephanie Canlas Williams (Adam Williams), and his grandson, Jaxson Williams. As well as his siblings, Paciencia Abiog, Geronimo Canlas Jr.(Teresita), Angelina Dancel (John), Medee Santos (Paul), Resty Canlas (Trix).
In addition to his family, he enjoyed tending to his vast vegetable gardens and sharing the fruits of his labor with all. And always wanting to use his engineering knowledge, he enjoyed working on various home projects.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 10900 S.W. 24th Ave. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m.
