Jason Austin Whitten, died Saturday, January 11, 2014, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Jason was born on March 5, 1987, in Gainesville, Florida. He graduated from Hawthorne High School, Class of 2005. Jason loved anything to do with the outdoors, especially fishing. He attended the Westside Church of God of Prophecy.
He is survived by his wife, whom he wed in 2010, Jennifer Marie Whitten; his mother & step-father, Sandra & Jack Icard; his father, David Eugene Whitten; daughter, Tristen Whitten; sons, Skyler Dawson Starling and Benjamin Alexander Lehmann-Rojas; a brother, Jeremiah Allen Whitten; grandparents, Bernie & Linda Rieg, and Jim Whitten; great grandparents, Bob & Betty Stone, and Louise Ivory, father & mother-in-law, Richard & Rachel Pisano.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, at 1:00 P.M., in the Westside Church of God of Prophecy, 909 NW 44th Avenue, Gainesville, with Bishop G. C. Fogarty, officiating. Arrangements are under the care of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to the charity of your choice in Jason’s memory.
