James W. (Jimmy) Huguley's Obituary
James W. (Jimmy) Huguley, III, age 69 of Tampa, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at Sun City Hospice House after battling cancer. He was born April 26, 1945 in Front Royal, VA to the late Big Jim and Annie Lou Huguley. He was a 1963 graduate of Gainesville High School. Along with his father, Jimmy ran Gainesville Heating and Plumbing for many years until his move to Tampa in 1976 where he operated Gulf Region Plumbing for 10 years. In his later years he developed a passion for computer programming and started
C Quotes and Graphics, software for trading stocks and commodities.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon Devaney and sister, Linda Hudson. Jimmy is survived by the love of his life, Dilsey and her son Tim Fannin; 3 grandchildren, Kaley and Patrick Fannin and Ryan Miller; brother, Tim Huguley and sisters, Joanne Saltzman and Ramona (Winkie) Huguley.
A celebration of his life and reception will be held Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 5:00 p.m., in the Heritage Room of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 404 North Main Street. Please dress casually. In lieu of flowers, the family and Jimmy's loyal dog Lily would appreciate a donation to Best Friends Animal Society (bestfriends.org).
