James 'Jim" Pinckard Love's Obituary
James Pinckard “Jim” Love, age 69 of Gainesville, Florida died Thursday, April 24, 2014. He was born August 14, 1944 in Marianna, Florida. He was the beloved son of the late Tom and Frances Pinckard Love. Jim was a longtime resident of Sunland Training Center, later Tacachale, where he was known and loved by all of the staff and directors. Most recently, Jim was in the loving care of Floyd and Cassandra McAllister.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Colson Rushing Love.
He is survived by his sister, Kimball Love of Okeechobee, FL; brother, Tim Love of Memphis, IN; nieces, Heather and Meghan Love; nephews, Derek and Bryan Wohlust; great niece, Madison Wohlust and great nephews, Henry Love and Fox Wohlust.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, April 27, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 404 North Main Street with Rev. Michael Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Memorial Park Central. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Haven Hospice, 4200 NW 90th Blvd., Gainesville, FL 32606.
