James Douglas Harper's Obituary
James Douglas Harper, Age 78, passed away Friday, February 4, 2022, at North Florida Regional Medical Hospital. Jimmy was born in Okeana, Ohio on August 15, 1943, to the late Benjamin and Mary (Williams) Harper. Jimmy moved to Florida following his discharge from the United States Air Force where he served as a jet engine mechanic. He also worked at Florida Department of Transportation as a Signal Engineer. Jimmy was active in the Fraternal Order of Eagles, The Alachua County Fair Association, and the Order of Moose.
A celebration of life may be held at a later date.
