Ellis was my confidant and friend from our first hello in the pharmacy and a special person in so many ways. We met at the VA hospital while I was in treatment for cancer, I was blessed with him as my pharmacist — with a cure all for whatever ailed me.
Always uplifting, beautiful smile and you could simply feel his overflowing genuine interest in caring for people, especially his family and friends. Over time I became cancer free and we became very close, praying and discussing any and every topic you could imagine. No topic was off limits!
Mr. E as I fondly nicknamed him, had many dreams and things he wanted to do and thirsty to know more about. We researched, explored and planned many things together. We were text, email and telephone buddies all hours of the day and night. Ellis became my very best friend and a rock and shining star in my life. We had so many things and loves and even dislikes in common.
So incredibly missed, by me and surely by everyone who had the honor to meet and know him. Thank you Mr. E for giving me one of the most incredible gifts in my life. YOU! God Bless You! You are loved by so many.
Your forever friend Mr. T
