Isabelle Frost's Obituary
Isabelle Eve Frost, 85, of Hawthorne, FL died Sunday, September 12, 2021, at North Florida Regional Medical Center. She was born December 31, 1935, to David and Jemima Briggs Kelly in Detroit, MI. Isabelle worked for the USPS until her retirement. She loved her family and was always happy for the times they shared together. Northern Ireland was dear to her heart, the land of her parents’ birth. Isabelle also enjoyed baking, traveling, cruises, and her canine companion, Finnegan.
Isabelle was preceded in death by her husband, William Frost, Son, Thomas Grimshaw, grandson, Keaton Gilliland, and her brother and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Caryn Gilliland, grandchildren, Shannon (Randell) Simpson and James Simpson, and a great grandson, Payton Libbey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and extended family members and friends.
Funeral Services were held Friday, September 17, 2021, at 2:00PM at Williams-Thomas Funeral Home, 404 N. Main Street with Dr. Don McGarity officiating.
Interment will take place Thursday, September 30, 2021, at 1:00PM in Grand Lawn Cemetery, 23501 Grand River Ave., Detroit, MI.
