Eagle, Henry Sykes Jr. Mr. Henry Eagle passed away Monday August 8th, 2022 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. He was 75 years old. Mr. Eagle was born in Tallahassee, Florida to Henry and Mrytle Eagle.
Mr. Eagle had four children, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by two sons, Henry Eagle, III and Allen Eagle and his beloved wife of 53 years, Angie.
He is survived by two children, Joseph and Rachel (Katie), three brothers and three sisters, as well as many other extended family and friends.
Henry’s favorite activities were hunting and fishing.
A Graveside service for Mr. Eagle will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in Laurel Hill Cemetery in Archer, FL with Rev. Jim Riley officiating. All those who wish to attend are welcome. Flowers are welcome, but for those who would like, donations should be directed to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
