Dr. Heather S. Hardcastle, MD.'s Obituary
Heather S. Hardcastle, MD, 97, of Gainesville, died at Magnolia Ridge Rehabilitation Center on Saturday, March 16, 2024. She was born in Bombay, India on May 2, 1926.
In 1947, she left India to pursue a degree in medicine, graduating from the University of Leeds (England) in 1953 as a Doctor of Medicine. She was a retired psychiatrist in private practice in Gainesville, FL.
She was proceeded in death by her husband of 53 years, Brian, and is survived by her two children, John (Lori) and Alison (Emory) and two grandchildren Graham and Alexis.
