Haywood Harris ‘Woody” Johnson, age 63 of Newberry, Florida passed away May 2, 2014. He was born April 28, 1951 in Raleigh, North Carolina to Floyd Harris and Carrie Love Denton.
Woody proudly served his country in the US Air Force. He enjoyed fishing, sports and was a true Gator fan.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah; children, Brandon(Ashley) Johnson, Meredith Johnson, Trevor (Amy) Johnson and Edie Everett; grandchildren, Maia Johnson, Demetris Smith, David Robinson, Jaden Robinson, Tyler Johnson, Hartley Johnson, Makenzie Cope and Tre’son Everett; special Mother-in-law, Punk Hunt.
A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Bronson Road Church, 13830 NE 80th Ave, Bronson with Pastor Andy Cook officiating. Arrangements are under the care of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA, 823 NW 143rd Street. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make donations to Men’s Ministry at Bronson Road Church 13830 NE 80th Ave, Bronson, FL 32621.
