Born February 10, 1928 in Gibsonia,(RFD) PA to Hulda Leota Fisher and Harold Alton Hill. (deceased)
Two older sisters, Mary Hill Wilson of Tamarack, PA and Irene Hill Coss, most recently of Gainesville. Both deceased. Grew up on a Western Pennsylvania dairy and garden produce farm. Kerry Wilson and Keith Wilson, nephews and families live in PA.
Attended schools in nearby PA. Mars High School, Graduated from Grove City College in 1949 , earned degree in Business. Attended Penn State University, summer credits.
Taught High School business subjects for three years in Chicora, PA.
Then worked at the Department of State, Bureau of the United Nations In Washington, DC 1952-1955. Married (1954) Virgil Wilbur TeSelle, (deceased) who also was employed by the Department of State, Administration.
Three children: Luanne D’Amico (Bill) Alachua, Virginia Lowe (Dr. Eugene) Bedford, Virginia and Gary TeSelle of Gainesville. Always an active volunteer with all of children’s interests. Five grandchildren: Adam d’Amico, Tyler Lowe, Bailey Roberts (Chris), Jonathan Lowe, Hannah Lowe. Two great grandchildren: Peter and Cecelia Roberts

Established the business: Artselle Writing and Design, providing logos, newsletters, brochures and marketing programs for many small businesses. Assisted as Marketing/Office Manager for TeSelle Frame Shop * Gallery, established by husband Virgil after his retirement from Department of State.
After retirement in 1980 from law firm, worked as Art / Framing Consultant for several businesses. Active member and volunteer at Trinity United Methodist Church, Gainesville. Helped guide and publish Trinity UM Church Members’ Directory 2009. Co-chair for the Art Exhibit Committee which sponsors three shows each year at Trinity. (2003 until 2015?).
Main interests were family, church and country music, writing about 24 first cousins, collector of antiques, and the enjoyment of art.
