November 19th, 2020 was the day that our dear brother Gimmy met his unfateful day. Gim as he is called by friends and family, was well-loved by many. His infectious smile and laughter, husky voice, and handsome face will be dearly missed. Gim was the most generous, loving, and kindest person that you will ever meet. He possessed a kind heart and will go the extra mile just to help someone in need. His carefree and adventurous spirit brought him to many places. Going to America was his ultimate dream. Making it here was not easy for Gim. He sacrificed a lot in order for him to make that ‘Ameican Dream’ come true for himself. In his first year, he met this wonderful person named Michel Thibault. They got engaged and eventually became partners. Gim worked as Sales Representative at Cox Cable and Customer Representative at Walgreens in his first year until he gained employment at Liberty Health Sciences where he enjoyed working in a friendly environment and with co-workers. Gim was the go-to person of the family. If a family member needed help, he was the person to reach out and lend an ear. All he wanted to do is to have fun in life. He worked hard in order to save up and enjoy the fruits of his labor. He was planning to go back home next year to the Philippines to meet up with friends and family members but that’s not possible anymore. He still had so many dreams to fulfill in his life but that’s not possible either. That one unfateful day put an end to all of his dreams for eternity. We console ourselves that Heaven gained an Angel in Gimmy. To Gimmy, enjoy Paradise Gim! Explore the beautiful beaches and just relax sipping margaritas! Enjoy the ride and ‘til we meet again. Send lots and lots of hugs and kisses to Mom and Dad and Jr. We love you so much Gim, you’ll be forever missed but not forgotten.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA 823 N.W. 143RD ST. NEWBERRY, FLORIDA.
