Gayland Ray Faircloth's Obituary
Gayland Ray Faircloth, age 69 of Gainesville, passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017 in Shands UF Hospital. Gayland was born November 21 ,1947 in Jacksonville, Florida to Leroy and Eleanor Kaiser Faircloth. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked as a carpenter and in his free time Gayland enjoyed fishing, watching westerns and working on cars.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Owens Faircloth; sons, Michael Ray Faircloth and Christopher Stephen Faircloth (Rachael); siblings, Fred, Stephen, (deceased), Denise, Reid, Judy, Mark and Teressa and grandchildren, Zoey, Isabella and Scarlett.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., in the chapel of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, with Geno White officiating.
