Frank Woodrow Howell, Sr. passed away July 24, 2022 at the age of 75. He was born and raised in Palm Beach County and has resided in Cross Creek, Florida since 2001. Frank was an avid Air boater; he loved to hunt and fish. Survive Read Obituary

So sad to hear of Frank's passing he was one of the good guys!! I will always remember him laughing and joking. and always smiling. Now he's up there with other loved ones we have lost rest well my friend and know you will be missed. Xo's Linda and Dennis.
I have known Frank all his life. We grew up together back in the good old days. We learned the carpentry trade together and we built our first houses together. We hunted together.I rode his mothers school bus to school. Our mothers were best friends. Early in our marriage we were close to him and his wife. Our kids are the same age and they played together. I'm sorry we lost touch when he moved to Cross Creek but I have many fond memories of fun times spent with Frank. RIP my dear old friend. My wife and I send sincere condolences to the family.
