Mrs. Frances Loretta Kelley's Obituary
Mrs. Frances Loretta Kelley, 72, resident of Melrose, Florida, died Monday, February 8, 2016 in the Shands Hospital, Starke, Florida.
Mrs. Kelley was born on April 23, 1943 to the late Robert and Rose Parton, in Knoxville, Tennessee, and had lived in Melrose for many years. She was a homemaker and loved to take care of her family.
She is survived by her husband, B. E. Kelley, Jr. Melrose; daughter, Lisa Burnsed, St. George, GA; son, James Wood, Evansville, IN; two step-children, Scott Kelley, Hawthorne and Cyndi Petersen, Melrose; sisters, Jenny Taylor, Texas and Hazel Chapron of Knoxville; Eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 15, 2016 at 3:30 P. M., in the Eliam Cemetery, Melrose.
