Evilee Toole Morgan Dawson's Obituary
Evilee Toole Morgan Dawson, 95, Windsor, FL, passed into the presence of our Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
“Mama” as she was lovingly called by most who knew her, was born to Rufus Warren Toole and Minnie (Meeks) at Dowling Park, Florida on March 11, 1919 and lived her very full life here in central Florida.
She enjoyed the out of doors and could grow almost anything. In later years, she made numerous quilts for her ever growing family.
Evilee was preceded in death by her husband, James Dawson, a son, Roy Denmark and siblings, James A. Toole, R.V. Toole and Myrtice Landrum Dampier.
She will be missed by those she leaves behind: A sister, Evangeline Toole Bell of Mayo FL; daughters, Clelan Morgan Fowler, Genene Morgan Byrd (Wayne), Loyce Morgan O’Steen and Joyce Morgan Guyette (Raymond), all of the area; two daughters-in-law, Elke and Debbie; she also leaves 15 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 14 great, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be Monday, November 17, 2014 at 11:00 a.m., in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery, 3212 NW 177th Ave, La Crosse, with Wayne Byrd officiating.
