Mr. Everett Nathaniel Varnadore's Obituary
Mr. Everett Nathaniel Varnadore, 93, resident of Gainesville, Florida, died Thursday, March 31, 2016, in the Gainesville Healthcare Center.
Mr. Varnadore was born on February 19, 1923 in Appling, Georgia to the late John and Pearl Varnadore and lived most of his life in Alma, Georgia. He worked as a heavy equipment operator, working for the Crom Corporation, which brought him to Gainesville in 1985. Mr. Varnadore loved being outdoors, tending to his property, his animals, but most especially being with his girls.
He was preceded in death by a son, James Varnadore; a daughter, Barbara Ann Cornelius in 2003 and his wife Wilmateen Varnadore in 2004.
Survivors include; two granddaughters, Cindy (Buddy) Davis of Adel, GA and Lori Cornelius of Gainesville; a daughter in law, Debbie Varnadore, of Columbia, SC.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 11:00 A.M., in the Chapel of WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME DOWNTOWN, 404 North Main Street, Gainesville.
