Evelyn M. Starr's Obituary
Evelyn M. Starr, age 88, passed away on Wednesday, December 31, 2020, in Gainesville, FL.
Evelyn was born on March 29, 1932, in Elkton, MD., to Robert and Florence Carroll Cameron.
In her youth, Evelyn and brother Ernie competed in roller skating dance competitions around her hometown.
She and Walter enjoyed traveling, and scenic rides on the motorcycle, she enjoyed doing crafts.
Evelyn enjoyed her career as a CPA Bookkeeper.
Evelyn is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Walter F. Starr Jr., Children; Melodie Lynch, Hollie Starr, and Bret Starr. Six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her brother's Robert and Ernie Cameron.
Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2021,
at 11:00 a.m. WILLIAMS-THOMAS FUNERAL HOME WESTAREA 823 N.W. 143rd street Newberry, with Dr. Don McGarity officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer’s Association at www.alz.org in her memory.
