Evelyn N. McCormick's Obituary
Evelyn N. McCormick, age 83 of Gainesville, passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at her home. Evelyn was born February 9, 1931 in Hawthorne, Florida to Bennie and Susie Register Nobles. She enjoyed gardening and cooking, especially baking for the holidays.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband, Joe McCormick, sons, Johnny and Frank Wheeler and siblings, Bud, Pete and Pearl. She is survived by her son, Joe (Denise) Wheeler; sister, Ruby Beckham of Beckhamtown; grandchildren, Chandra, Darren, Kyle, John, Amy, April, Susan (Lynn) and Danielle and eleven great grandchildren.
Graveside Service will be held Monday, December 8, 2014 at 1:00 p.m., in Waters Cemetery.
